As an administrator, or a end-user, I can make some updates on my teams or the teams of my tenant from Microsoft tools but also from Powell Teams. Please find below the main activities that can be made on teams:
- Team creation, edition or delete: can vary widely depending on template complexity - based on our customer log we have an average 2 min
- Team archive: can vary widely depending on team complexity - Microsoft operation time + 2 minutes
- User edition: As all actions done on users are team updates, refer to team update time
- Massive update & massive archive: Up to 4 teams actions treated at once
- Team delete: can vary widely depending on team complexity - Microsoft operation time + 2 minutes
- Profiles synchronisation: every day automaticaly - maximum 15 minutes after a save on Powell Teams
- Creation, edition or delete of any Powell Teams configuration (template, tag, naming convention...): On save
- Report data synchronisation: Report datas are updated continuasly according to the operation times mentioned above
