Where to find your requests
You can access all your request and track their progress through our Help Center.
This is the most efficient way to track the progress of your requests, and we highly recommend using it.
How to access your requests
- Log in to our Help Center by clicking on the Sign in button
- Click on your profile at the top right of the screen (1)
- Click on "My activities" (2)​
- A list of all your request will be displayed.

You will have access to all of your previous requests with their ID, the subject of the ticket, its creation date, its last modification date, and its status.

To view the details of your request, simply click on the corresponding line in the list.
Content of one request
This is the detail request view:
On the left panel, you’ll find your request along with the entire exchange you’ve had with our Support team.
On the right panel, you'll find all the information related to your request:
- Status: The current status of your request.
- Priority: The priority level you set when creating it.
- Assigned to: The agent handling your request.
- Detail status: A more specific status update.
- URL impacted: The URL you provided.
- Partner: The name of your partner.
- Tenant name: The name of your tenant.
- Estimated release date: The expected release date for the fix or the closure date of your request.
- Product: The Powell product affected.
- Request type: The nature of your request.
- Browser: The browser(s) impacted by the issue.
