How to follow the progress of your tickets ?

You can find all your tickets via our Help Center.

 

This is the best way to follow the progress of your requests and the one we recommend.

 

Here’s how to access your tickets:

  • Log in to our Help Center
  • Click on your profile at the top right of the screen (1)
  • Click on "My activities" (2)

 

You will directly access all your tickets with the ID, the subject of the ticket, its creation date, its last modification date, and its status
