Administrators

Overview

This document aims to guide you through managing administrators on Powell Buddy.

 

Access

After activating the Powell Intranet Advanced license, you have created your first platform administrator. This guide will help you understand how to add additional administrators.

Once logged into the AI services management solution, the left-hand menu allows you to navigate between the different functionalities of the solution.

 

Click on “Administrators” entry in the "Administration" section of the menu to view and manage your Powell Buddy administrators.

You will have access to the list of active administrators of the solution.

To Add a New Administrator

1. Click on the add button.

2. Fill in the form fields:
- Email: The M365 email of the company for the desired user.

 

 

3. Validate the form with the add button.

 

Your new administrator is created. You can test access by asking them to log in at https://maestro.powell-software.com.

 

To Remove an Administrator

From the administrators' homepage, you can simply use the "..." button to the right of each administrator to choose to remove an administrator.
