Overview
This guide is tailored to help you understand and navigate the branding options for your bot within the Powell Advisor platform, ensuring your bot aligns with your company's visual identity.
Accessing the bot branding interface
After logging into the AI services management platform, you will find a navigation menu on the left side of your screen. This menu serves as your portal to access and modify the various features offered by our solution.
For branding purposes, navigate to Administration > Display settings in the left navigation menu.
This action will take you to the display settings area of the platform. The section is divided in two tabs:
Settings
This section shows the direct URL that redirect to the home page of the Powell Advisor that allows to use all available agents.
You can configure additional links that are displayed on the advisor menu interface.
Design
The Design section focuses on customizing the appearance of the bot interface itself.
- Company Logo: Upload a smaller version of your company logo to appear at the top left of the bot interface. This logo doubles as a favicon in the browser tab. The image format should be chosen carefully to ensure it displays correctly. A 50px x 50px image is recommended.
- Text Color: Select the color for all text displayed on the agent interface pages. This setting ensures text visibility and consistency with your brand.
- Primary Color: Choose a primary color that will highlight all interactive elements within the agent interface. This color should reflect your brand's color scheme to maintain consistency and brand recognition.
Applying your changes
Once you've configured your bot's branding to your satisfaction, click the Save button to apply the changes. This will update your bot's design settings, ensuring a cohesive and branded user experience.
