This release is focused on expanding administrative control, providing deeper insights through analytics, and enhancing the workspace experience. These features empower admins with granular control, actionable data, and improved visibility into workspace configurations.

Admin Access Policies

Admins now have the flexibility to grant limited access to certain administrators within Powell Governance. This update introduces a new "sub-administrator" role and admin access policies to provide customized permissions for specific team members.

• New admin access policies: Create and assign custom admin access policies, which can be applied in bulk to multiple teams, sites, or users.
• Template integration: Associate these admin access policies with team and site templates to control access for newly created workspaces.
• Visibility in workspace management: Restricted admin access will be displayed within the workspace’s administration settings, with modifications only permitted by global administrators.

Campaign Analytics

Powell Governance introduces campaign analytics to help admins assess campaign performance through four key areas

• Overview: Visualizes campaign impact with metrics for Total Workspaces (modified/unmodified), Click Rate, and Average Response Time.
• Notifications: Tracks the Total Notifications Sent and Open Rates for both Teams messages and emails.
• Top users: Lists the most active users in the campaign (only shown if user actions are required).
• Past actions: Details actions taken post-campaign, including workspace, action type, user, and date.
