Description
Several customers encounter various issues regarding Search functionalities. The most occurring issues are:
- Some or all content is missing from the search webpart
- Error 500 on search API on network traces
- Slow down of pages when using search webparts
Investigation
This behavior can be reproduced with external tools such as SP editor or Search query tool with the same configurations as on the Powell search webparts on many tenants.

We recommend you to test also with the external tools (see article Any search issue ?) and contact MS support regarding this behavior if needed.
