APIs : Upcoming changes
As announced in our previous release, the IP address update for apimanager.powell-software.com takes effect tomorrow (28/02).
If your security rules are based on fixed IP addresses, ensure they have been updated with the new :
- 20.101.254.220
- 20.101.254.221
- 20.101.255.14
- 20.101.250.41
- 20.101.250.42
- 20.101.251.19
- 20.105.232.7
As a reminder, we recommend configuring security rules based on CNAME rather than fixed IPs for greater flexibility.
If you haven’t made these updates yet, we advise doing so as soon as possible to prevent any service disruptions.

Webpart edit form : Survey / Poll
We continue to introduce enhance editing forms for webpart with Survey / Poll. The settings are now divided into two key sections:
- How to display: Select the display type to define how the poll will appear.
- Manage Poll / Survey: Easily choose the active poll, view all available polls, and perform bulk actions like deleting or exporting results.
Site Feature ( In preview ) : Deploy and Manage your site features
We're happy to introduce a brand-new tool designed to simplify deployment and management, giving you more control and flexibility to manage Powell features within your SharePoint sites.
Currently available in preview, this feature allows you to seamlessly activate and configure Powell capabilities without leaving your SharePoint environment.

Guided Tour : Links to steps
You can now copy a direct link to any step inside a Guided Tour with a single click.
- A new button has been added, allowing you to copy and share a link to a specific step.
- The link will open the page and, whether the user has already seen the Guided Tour or not, it will automatically display the corresponding step.
Newsletter : Be able to add static contents
Newsletters now offer the ability to add static content, including headline, section, and footer. Previously, only articles and documents could be included, this update provides greater flexibility in structuring newsletters to match your needs.
- Headlines can be placed anywhere, with customizable size, position, and background color.
- Sections include a title with an optional link, description, image, and background color.
- Footers now support a title, subtitle, logo with an optional link, background color, social media, and contact details.
Newsletter : Global design improvements
Newsletter has been updated to give you greater flexibility in content management.
New options allow you to adjust text and image positioning and customize the background color. The footer is also more configurable, letting you modify its title, subtitle, background, image, and social media display.
