Well-Being webpart is designed to help collect and measure employee well-being through quick and simple feedback mechanisms. This tool enables users to share their sentiments and allows organizations to track engagement and improve workplace satisfaction.

 

Content to display

  • Define a well-being questions users will answer. You can write your user property in brackets to personalize your message.

Question to display

  • Various type of votes can be choose, including :
        • Smileys 😊 (e.g., Terrible → Happy)
        • Stars ⭐ (1 to 5-star ratings)
        • Numbers 🔢 (1 to 5 scale)
        • Custom Icons 🎨 (upload your own SVG or PNG icons)

Type of votes

  • Each option allows customized labels and response messages.

Votes customization

  • You can suggest that the users to send a message with their vote, to the contact of your choice. Different recepients can be attribute to each answer.

Votes are not anonymous each response is linked to the user.

  • Define who can view feedback results, either publicly  or restricted to selected SharePoint or AD groups.

  • Once your vote is sent, you can check the results by clicking on "Show results".

  • You can set the multilingual mode directly in Powell Manager, allowing to keep the same configuration  across all language.

 

Additional information : 

  • Users can vote once per day and will be able to view the results afterward. Votes reset at the start of each new day, allowing users to vote again.
