⭐ Foundation Pack ⭐
Froala Editor: sticky toolbar
The text formatting toolbar in the Froala editor now remains visible when scrolling. This improvement ensures continuous access to editing options without needing to scroll back to the top.
Navigation: Selection in front
It’s now possible to select a navigation directly from the Feature Dashboard in your Sharepoint Site.
This makes it easier to preview and manage navigational structures without switching to Powell Manager, improving the configuration experience.
Share by Mail: Manual Email Input
Users can now manually enter email addresses, both internal and external when sharing content by email. The updated people picker no longer depends solely on Microsoft’s API, improving reliability in environments with restricted external directory access.
Universal Connector: Templates & New Configurations
Ready-to-Use Templates
You can now save and reuse Universal Connector configurations using templates. Once a configuration is created, it can be saved as a template and later re-applied, streamlining deployment and ensuring consistency across sites.
Improved Authentication Management
The Universal Connector module now includes options for managing authentication settings, giving administrators better control and flexibility when connecting third-party systems.
🚀 Advanced Pack 🚀
Analytics: latest improvements
Custom User Properties
When defining their own Azure settings, Administrators can now rename and manage custom user properties, offering greater flexibility in defining relevant user dimensions for analysis.
Improved Filtering
The filtering experience has been redesigned to make it more intuitive. You can filter by content type, select multiple values per filter, search within filters, and reset them all with a single click. Department, Location, and Office are now grouped under “User properties”, and the "Unique Users" filter has been removed for clarity.
Updated KPIs
Several KPIs have been adjusted to offer a more accurate and readable overview.
Audience Targeting
Administrators can now define who has access to Powell Analytics. Choose between making analytics restricting access to Site Administrators, or targeting a specific Active Directory (AD) group. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control over analytics visibility.
Metadata-Based Filtering
Analytics module now includes a new filtering option based on item's metadata. A drop-down in the dashboard lets you select metadata values, which are then applied as filters across all KPIs—providing more context-aware and content-specific insights.
