⭐ Foundation Pack ⭐

Feature Dashboard: New blocks added

Several new blocks have been added to the Feature Dashboard to improve accessibility and clarity during configuration. This includes dedicated entries for:

  • Frontline

  • Prerequisites

  • Configure RTU

Alerts: Audience targeting now available

It is now possible to restrict the visibility of an alert by selecting a specific audience during creation or editing.

Available options:

  • Public (visible to all users)

  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) groups

  • SharePoint groups

Only users within the selected audience will see the alert.

Campaigns: Aggregated views and likes across Microsoft translation pages

For Contribution Campaigns using Microsoft multilingual pages, each translated version now displays the total number of views and likes from all language versions linked to the same campaign.

Contribution dropdown: UX Improvements

In order to optimize the user experience, a minor interface update has been made to the Contribution dropdown.

When hovering over Contribution, the dropdown now displays with icons aligned on the right side of each menu item. This small visual improvement ensures a cleaner and more consistent navigation experience.

✈️ Boost Pack ✈️

Guided Tour: Preview filtered by audience

It is now possible to filter the Guided Tour preview by audience. This improvement allows contributors to better understand what the final experience will look like for different audience.

When a tour includes different audiences, two new filters make it easier to review the experience from each group’s perspective:

  • “Show steps for:” lets you display only the steps visible to a specific audience

  • “Play Guided Tour” launches the preview as that audience would see it

How it works:

  • If a step has no audience, it is considered public.

  • If all steps target the same audience, no filter is displayed.

  • If the tour includes multiple audiences, a filter appears, allowing you to:

    • Select “All” to display all steps, each labeled with its assigned audience

    • Select a specific audience to view only the steps relevant to that group

📱 Mobile Application 📱

Notification Badges: Unread counter on app icon

We’ve improved the Powell mobile app by adding unread counters on the app icon, available on both Android and iOS. This allows users to instantly see how many items (like news or tasks) require their attention.

The badge count updates automatically based on user activity: it increases with new items and resets when content is read or dismissed.
