We are pleased to introduce the latest updates and enhancements in Powell Governance, focusing on improving workspace management, enhancing user experience, and streamlining administrative controls.

Recommended reports
A new section titled "Recommended Reports" has been introduced for administrators.
This section features accordions that can be opened or closed, with all sections opened by default. It provides suggested reports based on popularity among Powell customers, allowing administrators to duplicate these reports for use in their environment.
Rework of template preview
The template preview has been enhanced to include a display of associated tags. The channel table has been simplified to show only essential information, including channel type, name, and tab pictograms.
This preview will be available during workspace creation, when adding a template, and from the template list.
Small improvements
A few small improvements include:
- Manual workspace resync: Administrators can now manually resync workspace data through both unitary and bulk actions. The option to resync will be available in the workspace edition interface, improving data accuracy and consistency.
- Tag selection for templates: When applying a template to a team or site, users will now be prompted to enter tag values, similar to the existing functionality when applying a template from the team or site edit interface. This ensures consistency in tag management across different actions.
- Term store translations: The system will now sync translations of hierarchical tags from the term store, ensuring that the original (non-translated) values are retained in tag and template editions while displaying translated values to end users during workspace creation and editing.
- Assign icons to tags: Administrators can now assign icons to tags during creation or editing, providing a visual reference for better organization and identification of tags.
