Automation — Alerts on activity-log warnings and failures

You can now trigger an automation when the activity log records a warning or failure. Scope notifications by log type (e.g., workspace creation or edition) and send details to a webhook, including the activity-log ID, status, and error context, to accelerate triage and follow-up.
