Suggestions during workspace creation
Powell Governance can now suggest up to two similar existing workspaces at the final step of workspace creation, based on criteria such as user, workspace name, description, tags, template, and channels.
If no similar workspaces are found, a message confirms that users can safely create a new workspace. Administrators can configure thresholds and criteria from a new “Suggestions” page in the administration menu, and only discoverable workspaces are included in the recommendations.
Add ZIP file into SharePoint templates
SharePoint templates now support ZIP structures, similar to what already exists for Teams templates. This makes it easier to apply richer structures when provisioning and helps align SharePoint templates with Teams templates when needed.
