This February release strengthens Powell Governance reporting and helps you better evaluate your tenant readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot. It also improves the Activity Log experience so you can find the right information faster, and includes a few additional admin enhancements.
This release is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25th, 2026
Cross-Entity Custom Reports
Administrators can now create custom reports that combine properties from multiple entities (Teams, SharePoint sites, users, OneDrive, and documents). This enables a more complete governance view across the organization, without having to jump between separate reporting scopes.
We also refined how properties are presented: sub-entity properties are now visible directly in the properties list and grouped by sub-entities, making it easier to find and reuse the right fields
AI Readiness
A new AI readiness score is now available on the governance dashboard to help administrators assess how prepared their environment is for Microsoft 365 Copilot. The score is computed using cross-entity properties across Teams, SharePoint sites, OneDrive, documents, and users, and reflects common governance signals such as data exposure, stale data, and ownership.
The AI readiness score uses the same gauge component as the existing Teams and SharePoint scores, ensuring consistency in the dashboard experience. It also comes with recommendations that explain the risk, suggest actions to improve readiness, and provide links to the related reports so administrators can investigate and remediate quickly
Activity Log Filtering (Type & Date)
Activity logs can now be filtered by type and by date range, making it much easier to locate specific entries during investigations or routine monitoring. The type filter supports all visible types from the table, and the date filter allows manual entry of start and end dates, aligned with the existing refiner experience.
Smaller updates
Reworked Campaign KPIs on the administration dashboard
Campaign KPIs have been added to provide clearer visibility on campaign activity across the tenant. The “Campaigns” section now shows relevant information across all campaigns, with quick access to open and manage them.
These updates enhance reporting depth, improve AI readiness visibility, and make Activity Log navigation more efficient. We encourage you to explore the new features and share feedback to help us keep improving Powell Governance.
