We are pleased to introduce the latest updates and enhancements in Powell Governance for March 2026. This release focuses on the rework of governance campaigns, providing administrators with a modern flow builder interface, flexible trigger modes, and enhanced user actions.
This release is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25th, 2026.
Key Features & Improvements
The reworked governance campaigns empower administrators to design remediation workflows that align with their governance needs, whether ongoing or time-bound. Key features of this update include:
Campaign Trigger Modes:
Administrators can now choose between two trigger modes for campaigns. The Rolling Campaign continuously evaluates the source report, automatically adding or removing teams based on matching criteria.
The Fixed Campaign, on the other hand, takes a snapshot of the report at the start date, targeting only the teams present in that snapshot without updates thereafter.
Visual Flow Builder:
A new visual flow builder interface enhances the user experience. The right panel provides flow visualization, while the left panel allows for detailed step editing. This layout simplifies the design process for remediation workflows.
Enhanced User Actions:
The update introduces support for three user actions, customizable call-to-action (CTA) buttons, and a "take no action" option, giving administrators greater flexibility in managing user interactions within campaigns.
Real-Time Preview:
Administrators can now see a live preview of messages as they are configured, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
These updates significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governance campaigns, providing administrators with the tools needed to manage issues at scale. We invite users to explore the new features and provide feedback to help us continue improving Powell Governance. For further documentation, please refer to our support resources.
