⭐ Foundation ⭐

Powell Manager : Harmonized site settings across all scopes

The site collection settings in Powell Manager have been reorganized to align with the structure used at the individual site level, ensuring a consistent administration experience across both scopes.

Event-Hub V2 : Direct access to online meetings in

When a user registers for a online event that includes a meeting URL, the registration button on the event view automatically transforms into a "Join" action when the meeting starts.
This button remains visible up until the end of the event and directs users straight to the online meeting link.

Event-Hub V2 : Audience-based Export

The participant export feature now supports audience-based filtering. Administrators can restrict the export to members of a specific SharePoint group or Microsoft Entra (Active Directory) group, in addition to the existing unrestricted export.

The option is configurable directly in the webpart settings, under Audience pour exporter les participants, and the export action remains accessible from the event detail page.

Content Builder : Improvements en Buddy (AI) generation

Powell Buddy's content generation experience in the Content Builder webpart has been significantly upgraded. Users can now create components directly from a text prompt via a redesigned interface, without navigating through manual configuration steps.

The AI is smarter: it draws inspiration from existing templates to produce more relevant and on-brand output. Generated content can be previewed and edited inline before being applied, giving authors full control over the result before publishing.

[Delay] Health Check Proxy : External Monitoring Endpoint

We now expose a GET /health endpoint, allowing customers to monitor the availability of key platform components (API Manager, Powell Manager, Background Jobs, Assets CDN) via external tools.

A dedicated integration guide will be available for client-side setup very soon.

🚀 Advanced Pack 🚀

Advanced Analytics : Customizable visibility for Analytics KPIs

Administrators now have more granular control over the Analytics dashboard without needing to delete or entirely reconfigure it.

A new visibility icon has been added to each KPI card, allowing admins to easily hide specific metrics from users. When a card is hidden, it is removed from the user view for all sites collection of the tenant, but remains fully visible and accessible to administrators.

Advanced Analytics : Enhanced configuration for Personal Azure Application Insights

We have refined the configuration panel for Personal Azure Application Insights in Advanced Analytics to make the setup process more intuitive and self-explanatory. The configuration fields have been logically reorganized to provide a clearer flow. Additionally, to guide administrators and prevent setup errors, we have added explicit contextual guidance, including a required security note.

📱 Mobile Application 📱

( Soon ) Native components for Mobile Application

We are actively working on a completely reimagined version of the Powell mobile application, crafted to empower both corporate and frontline workers. Built with a strict mobile-first design philosophy, this upcoming release will deliver a highly intuitive interface tailored specifically for smartphone usage. Upcoming highlights include new native components that enable instant, frictionless navigation, specialized features dedicated to frontline workflows, and new social interaction capabilities for unregistered users.

🤖 Buddy 🤖

Multi Knowledge Base Agents

Agents can now be connected to several knowledge bases at once. This makes it possible to give an agent access to content from completely separate sites, or to combine sources such as a SharePoint site, uploaded documents, and a Zendesk help center in a single agent. Each knowledge base can have its own access restrictions, so sensitive content stays protected while still being available to the right agent.

More detail on sources

Each source in the Sources panel can now be expanded to show the full text excerpt used by Buddy, the page number where it was found, and the intents used to search the knowledge base. A link to open the document is also available directly from the panel. The same document may appear several times if multiple passages contributed to the answer. This helps users understand exactly how Buddy interpreted their question and where each piece of information comes from.

End of Azure Search Services support

Knowledge bases built on Azure Search Service are now deprecated, as announced at the beginning of 2026. These knowledge bases can no longer be used in agents. Administrators can migrate them to the new configuration at any time using the one-click "Migrate" option available directly from the knowledge base settings.
