New demo videos for Boost Pack Features

Four demo videos are now available to help contributors get hands-on with Boost Pack features, including Newsletter, Disclaimer, Contribution Campaign, and Guided Tour. You can watch them here. More videos are on the way, notably for Foundation Pack features. Feel free to let us know which features you'd like to see covered next.

⭐ Foundation ⭐

(Preview) Theme: Automated brand style import

You can now retrieve a company's brand elements like color, font, logo, and favicon using two third-party services, Brandfetch and the Google Fonts API, to simplify the setup of a theme aligned with an organization's visual identity. The integration runs server-side through Powell, so no action or consent is required from the client: requests are handled through Powell's own proxy before reaching the third-party services.

This capability is currently available to preview tenants only.

Feature Dashboard: Configuration copy at site creation

A new site selection field is now available in the site creation wizards, including Powell's site deployment tool whether used on the front end or through the simplified experience in Powell Manager or LookBook. When a reference site is selected, its feature configuration is automatically copied to the newly created site, reducing the need for manual reconfiguration.

Administration Links: Audience management

Administrators can now control the visibility of each administration link in the settings panel, so that only relevant links are exposed based on a user's profile or role. Links are grouped by category, each with its own visibility toggle, and enabled links can be targeted to a specific Microsoft Entra (Active Directory) or SharePoint group

(Preview) Advanced Analytics: Active views, active users, and sentiment indicators

For Advanced Analytics customers, a new setting configurable from Powell Manager or directly on the front end; lets administrators activate what we call Active Information, a new metric that distinguishes standard SharePoint page views from views tracked through Powell. Once enabled, the header displays the number of views (page loads) for the current page along with its number of unique users, calculated over a fixed rolling 30-day period.

This component has been added to Powell's standard headers (One Bar and Floating Tool); it is automatically hidden when the Analytics feature is disabled. For customers using a customized header, the component is not added automatically, it will need to be integrated manually and adjusted to fit the existing customization.
