This June release brings a set of improvements to campaign management and reporting in Powell Governance. This release is scheduled for June 16th, 2026.
Owners Column in Custom Reports
An Owners column is now available when building or editing a custom report. It displays the list of owners (max 4 in the table) for each workspace directly in the report table, supports filtering by a specific owner, and is included in exports in JSON format, consistent with how tags are handled today.
Maximum Expiration Date in Campaigns
Administrators can now define a maximum expiration date that workspace owners cannot exceed when responding to a campaign. The limit can be set as a fixed date or as a relative delay from the campaign trigger date (for example, 6 months). Dates beyond the threshold are disabled in the date picker, preventing owners from setting dates that fall outside your governance policies.
Expiration Date Saved Regardless of Template
Expiration dates set through campaigns are now reliably saved regardless of whether the workspace is associated with a template or whether the expiration date option is enabled in that template. The saved date is visible in the Governance tab of the workspace and available in reports. This applies both to dates set through campaigns and to those set manually by an administrator.
Consistent CTA Button Labels Across Campaign Notifications
Administrators can now customize the CTA button label in Teams notifications, the same way it is already possible for campaign emails. If no custom label is defined, a default label is used, preserving the current behavior.
