Tracking the Intranet usage

As a site owner (administrator), you can track the activities associated with your content through Powell capabilities.

As a site owner, you can follow your employee activities and track the success & usage of your intranet with a global overview using  Google Analytics and Power BI.

 

The Intranet allows administrators to track and monitor Intranet usage in two ways: 

  • via the icon on the Header,
  • via the Intranet monitoring page on the Intranet. 
 

Standard analytics

On the Header, click the icon "Analytics." It will open analytics for the site in question.  

It will show you the analytics according to the page you are on.

You can view:

  • Page viewers
  • Pageviews
  • Average time spent per user
  • Page traffic by time

You can filter the results according to the indicator: 7days/ 30days/90days

You can go to the Intranet Monitoring page for more information and analytics.

On this page, administrators will be able to track the 

  • Visit count
  • Site traffic by device
  • Most popular content
  • All the latest changes performed by  users

The results can be filtered by  7/30/90 days.

You can export the data IN CSV.
