Introduction
Access your latest emails, upcoming events, and to-do list from within the portal via the Outlook connectors. You can integrate Outlook emails, Outlook Events, and Outlook Tasks web parts anywhere on the portal.
βWith this widget, you can even create new emails or meetings directly within your Powell 365 portal.

Settings
How to configure Outlook emails
- Give your web part a title and start configuring the web-part settings
- Template: Choose the display of the web-part
- Choose the number of messages (emails) you want to display
- Select the paginated result if you want to configure the number of messages per page
- You can custom the see more label
- You can custom see more Url to redirect users where you want. By default, a user will be redirected to his Outlook mailbox.
- Set the refresh time: refreshing your mail every 20 seconds for example
How to configure Outlook Events
After selecting the Powell Intranet web part βOutlook Eventsβ, fill in the required information in the web-part form.
- Add a title for your web part and start configuring web-part settings.
In the configuration form on the left, set the properties
- Template: Choose the display
- You can choose to display a shared calendar. If someone shared a calendar with you, you can display it instead of yours. Note that you can display only one calendar per web part.
- Choose the number of events to display
- Choose the number of months
- Choose the number of events per page
- You can custom the see more label and add a title of your choice
- You can custom see more Url to redirect users where you want. By default, a user will be redirected to his Outlook calendar.
How to configure Outlook Tasks
After selecting the Powell Intranet web-part βOutlook Tasksβ, fill in the required information in the web-part form.
- Add a title for your web part and start configuring web-part settings.
In the configuration form on the left, set the properties
- Template: Under templates choose the tasks display
- You can set the see more button and custom the see more label (you can set a label of your choice)
- See more links: set the url where you want to redirect users to after clicking the see more button. By default, users will be redirected to the Outlook "To do"
- You can choose to show completed tasks
- Choose the number of tasks per page
