On the page, “Service now helpdesk” you will find our universal-connector web-part. We have launched this web-part in order to allow users create support tickets and manage their enterprise needs.
This web-part has been implemented on our Orion demo environment on the Corporate Services space. See an example below:
The web-Part Configuration
The configuration is only possible on SharePoint and not on Powell Manager. But you can export your SharePoint configuration to add it into Powell Manager and deploy the web-part in your templates.
