Template settings

The following settings will be imported when you will create your template:

  • Channels & tabs:
    • General
    • 1 🛠 Support Requests [Private]
    • 2 📆 Scheduled Maintenance
    • 3 🚀 Training Portal
    • 4 🧾 Report Dashboard [Private]
    • 5 🧗‍♀️ Vendor Management [Private]
  • Privacy: Public
  • Minimum number of owners: 2
  • Guest allowed: No
As an advice, we recommand to complete the template with the following additional configurations on your side: learn more on how to update a gallery template
  • Tabs you can add:
    • 1 🛠 Support Requests [Private]:a Power Apps to manage the support ticket backlog, a Planner for the escalated ticket tasks
    • 2 📆 Scheduled Maintenance: a Planner to organize the next maintenances planned adn a Wiki to explain the maintenance goals and impacts
    • 3 🚀 Training Portal: a Stream channel tab to highlight the training content and a Wiki or Word to gather this training information on a written document
    • 4 🧾 Report Dashboard [Private]: a PowerBI to keep an eye on the usage metrics and a Wiki to explain how to interpret the data displayed on the PowerBI
    • 5 🧗‍♀️ Vendor Management [Private]: a Wiki to gather all the vendor information 
  • Naming convention exemple: 🚨 Support portal 🚨 | Location| [Team name]
  • Approval workflow exemple: Support Lead
  • Profile exemple: Support team
  • Tags you can add: Location (choice), Company (choice)
