- 1 🛠 Support Requests [Private]:a Power Apps to manage the support ticket backlog, a Planner for the escalated ticket tasks
- 2 📆 Scheduled Maintenance: a Planner to organize the next maintenances planned adn a Wiki to explain the maintenance goals and impacts
- 3 🚀 Training Portal: a Stream channel tab to highlight the training content and a Wiki or Word to gather this training information on a written document
- 4 🧾 Report Dashboard [Private]: a PowerBI to keep an eye on the usage metrics and a Wiki to explain how to interpret the data displayed on the PowerBI
- 5 🧗♀️ Vendor Management [Private]: a Wiki to gather all the vendor information
