Template settings
The following settings will be imported when you will create your template:

- General
- 1 π Customer content - all content shared but the customer
- 2 π Planning
- 3 π Technical review
- 4 π² Commercial discussion
- 5 β’ Competitors
- 6 π§Ύ Proposal and legal
- Privacy: Private
- Classification: HBI
- Minimum number of owners: 2
- Guest allowed: No
As an advice, we recommand to complete the template with the following additional configurations on your side: learn more on how to update a gallery template

Tabs you can add:Β
- General: a SharePoint to display the sales department intranet page
- 1 π Customer content - all content shared but the customer: a website to display the public website of the company and a OneNote to keep the customer meeting notes
- 2 π Planning: a Planner to organize and schedule the RFP process
- 3 π Technical review: a SharePoint page to centralize all the technical documentation that could be userfull for the RFP, a PowerPoint or website to have the product roadmap available in the channel
- 4 π² Commercial discussion: a Dynamics 365 page to have the access to the deal page in 1 click
- 6 π§Ύ Proposal and legal: a SharePoint page to display the legal and pricing document and ressources
- Naming convention exemple: π RFP π | Location | [Team name]
- Profile exemple: Sales team
- Tags you can add: Location (choice), Business (choice), Product (choice)
