In "Together", Under the Departments section, in the navigation bar, there are four examples of department pages: IT, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. The department pages are completely configurable to be in line with a company or specific department needs.
Let’s have a look at an example of a department page - Finance.
Department Page - Finance
The finance page that you can see on the image, is an example of a department page you can have in Together.
On the Finance page of "Together", employees will have access to all kinds of documentation, such as budget analysis, pricing documents, annual reports, and all other different tools and links that will enhance the employee experience.
On this page, you will find several sections:
"Welcome to the department": a small section that displays information on the department itself - a small description of the department and its space. Users will be able to contribute to the content as well.
"Contacts": Here contributors can add people who will represent this specific department, and who should be contacted in case of need. Contacts can be added directly from the page, through the button "add a contact", which will allow contributors to create an item and access an item creation form.
"Quick access": Here you can see the list of applications that help increase the productivity of employees on a daily basis. Ex: access to annual reports, which is a crucial document for employees in the finance department. By providing these quick links/applications, a company can improve the professional skills of its employees and ameliorate their overall experience in the organization.
"Recent News": Recent news circulating in the finance department
"Recent Documents": Recent documents shared within the department
"Finance Kit": Important documentation and training materials for employees within the department. Finance employees can use these documentations to become better informed and knowledgeable of the financial processes and as a result, develop their financial strategies.
