Template settings
The following settings will be imported when you will create your template:
- Channels & tabs: /
- Privacy: Private
- Minimum number of owners: 2
- Minimum number of members: 2
- Guest allowed: Yes
- Expiration date: 90 days
As an advice, we recommand to complete the template with the following additional configurations on your side: learn more on how to update a gallery template
- Naming convention: 🔓 External | [Team name]
- Approval workflow exemple: Direct manager
- Profile exemple: Any user of the tenant
- Tag you can add: Location (choice), Department (choice), External company (text)
