Planner

Introduction

The Planner webpart offer an overview of the user's tasks (coming from all his plan) or the task from a selected Office Plan.

Today, one kind of view exists to display Planner tasks as a chart and group by progression state. When the user clicks on the chart, a panel displays the task's information group by progression state. The user can manage his tasks but not create a new one.

Settings

The setting part is easy here. You can choose:

The tasks to display
  • Coming from the user's "My task" plan
  • Coming from a selected plan. if you select this option you can choose among the list of plan in your Tenant (on which you have rights)
Hide finished tasks
