New features for everyone

Disclaimer - Labels, display dates and optional confirmation

Listening to your feedback and usage of the disclaimer, we added multiple options to make the component fit with your everyday life scenarii:

  • Set up of start & end date: Configuring a start date & an end date on your disclaimer is now available. It let you prepare communications in advance when required.

  • Optional approbation: It's now possible to choose if end users has to confirm the read of the disclaimer or not.

  • Labels: You can also set the “Approval label” (which corresponds to check label), “Validation label” (which corresponds to validation button)

With the following configuration :

  • Optional approval : true
  • Validation label : "Close"

you will be able to display this kind of disclaimer

This new options unlock a wide range of communication scenarios, from crucial HR reminders to urgent crisis communications, ensuring your message reaches every intranet user effectively.

Virtual Building - Audienced items

You will be able as site owner to configure audienced items, even if you're not in the groups set. Allowing to delegate item configurations to a team or a specific user.

Mobile Application - Android APK format

From Powell Manager, we builded AAB package for Android store. We also add APK package to simplify the test on phone.

You just have to click on the same button to download both formats.

When you set query on Search webpart, you will be able to preview search results to diagnostic items information.

When you click on the action, you will be able to see all mappings configured for the item

Discussion : User mentions

Now, when you will reply to someone in our discussion module, we mention your colleague. It allows to make users sure that their replies are read and that the discussion can go on.

We set by default the "Aggregated content tiles" when you add the search webpart from Powell Manager. It gives you more flexibility to fit with much more search scenarii.
