Introduction

The People directory page is a Powell template that leverages our Powerful search feature and the ability for Powell to add refiners.

This page also leverages Delve and offers information on all organization employees. We can find the person we are looking for through the filters on the left side, that display Job Title, Keywords, Office Location and Department.

Organization

Let's pick a person from the profile cards: Jim sand. Under his name, we can see his name, job title, a department he is working in, and below - his contact information. You can easily send him a message in Teams or write him an email through the two icons.

As you click on the employee name, an information card will pop up on the right side of the page. It will list under their name and job title, the latest documents they have been working on.

As you click "View More", you will be redirected to the employee's personal Delve page to access more detailed information - who they are working with, what project, etc.

The search & filters menu allows tuning a search per business lines, offices job titles, etc…

For example, Suppose you are looking for an IT manager working in the US specializing in Sharepoint. In that case, you will be able to find him/her in seconds by selecting values "US" for the location tag, "IT manager" for the job title tag, and "Sharepoint" for the keywords tag.

If you are a contributor, view the page "search-box" and the "refinement panel" under the widgets section, to see how to configure the search tab and the refinement web part.
