📃 Documentation : Functional documentation on newest features

In the last release, we introduced the features included in the Boost package. To help you make the most of the tools, we've created detailed guides for each feature:

• Contribution campaigns : Easily manage campaigns with user-friendly panel to define details, audiences, and schedules. Learn more in this guide.
• Newsletter : Handle newsletter creation and distribution directly from the Home page. Read the full guide here.

• Disclaimer : Display a pop-up message to inform and gather consent from users when they access the site. Microsoft has introduced an update affecting Banner. Follow this guide to configure your Disclaimer.

⚠️ Banner : Changes on Banner behavior

Microsoft has introduced an update impacting Banner behavior on their pages. From now on, the Header feature in the page manager will be deprecated, meaning manual changes may be required to optimize Banner management on your pages.

Key Changes:

• New Pages: The Header block will no longer be displayed on newly created pages.

• Existing Pages with a Header: If a Header is present on an existing page, it may cause issues during synchronization.

• Existing Pages without a Header: No Header will be displayed, and you will not be able to add one.

What to Do for Pages with an Existing Header:

1. Remove the Header.
2. Add a Powell Banner.

⭐Foundation Pack⭐ 

⚙️ Pre-requisites : Add an app creation form when no Entra application is selected

As an administrator in the SharePoint Site Settings, a Pre-requisite section is available to assist you in managing your site's technical resources.

We’ve enhanced its functionality, specifically when checking for the Entra Application. If no Entra application is selected, the system now allows you to choose the standard Powell application and proceed with the required consent.

👨‍👦‍👦 Advanced organization chart : Webpart improvements

• Improved VCard Display in OrgChart: Previously, the OrgChart had issues when displaying too many levels within the VCard. We’ve now introduced an option allowing users to manage the display for better clarity and usability.

• Exclude Test Accounts: We’ve addressed user concerns regarding test accounts cluttering the OrgChart. It’s now possible to exclude test accounts directly through the web part edit settings.
  
  
  

• No More Level Limitations: We have removed the limitations on organizational levels, giving you full control over how many levels you wish to display.
