Introduction
The Template "Communities" aims to create a space to bring a group of people together around a common subject, compared to a project space that brings together a team.
The community template makes it possible to regroup people regardless of the team of which they are part. It's the subject that matters.
The goal is to prompt discussions and conversations between the company employees regardless of their job title or department and gather their opinions on different topics.
See the example of a community template on the Powell Intranet in the section below.

The advantage of this discussion web part is that you do not have to be connected to a Yammer or a Sharepoint group to write a response. All company employees can take part in a discussion directly on the page. If you are a contributor 👩🌾, you can check how to configure this web part on the page Powell Discussion.
The Members section is a Powell web part. This web part can be used to display profile cards to represent members of SharePoint, Microsoft 365 security, or Yammer groups. Users can be added or removed without going to the SharePoint back office.
Members
As you click the "see more" button, it will open a pop-in allowing you to chat with members, send them an email, and remove or add additional members.
